Geely EX2 Design Competition 2026
Copyright in the participant's artwork remains with the participant. By submitting the artwork, the participant grants PT Geely Auto Indonesia (the "Organizer") a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the duration of the competition and for 6 months following the announcement of the winners, to display the artwork in connection with the organization, judging, announcement, and publication of the competition results, with reasonable attribution of the participant's name or account.
Participants designated as the Grand Prize Winner grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, permanent, and non-unilaterally revocable license, for as long as the economic rights to the artwork remain protected under applicable law, to reproduce, display, publish, technically adapt, and use the winning artwork as the exterior design of a Geely EX2 vehicle for exhibitions and related promotional materials, including through appointed vendors who are bound by limited-use obligations.
The Organizer will provide reasonable credit to the creator where feasible based on the medium used. Any changes that materially alter the concept of the artwork must first be consulted with the creator. The prize stated in these terms constitutes consideration for the license granted herein; any use outside the scope of this license requires a separate written agreement.
The use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology is not permitted.
The judging panel reserves the right to request proof from participants that their illustration/artwork/design was not created using AI.
Prize taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
The illustration/artwork/design must be original, created specifically for this competition, and must not have been previously published or submitted in any other competition.
The illustration/artwork/design must be aligned with the main theme of this competition and must use the canvas provided by the Organizer.
The competition period runs from 2 October 2026 to 8 November 2026.
Participants must NOT alter the shape of the provided canvas or use sketches from other sources.
Participants are not permitted to include any brands other than Geely in their submitted illustration/artwork/design.
The Organizer may change the schedule or competition mechanism only if necessary due to technical reasons, security, platform requirements, or applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be announced through https://geelyextrafuninmotion.com/ and the Organizer's official account as soon as reasonably possible. Such changes will not be applied retroactively in a manner that adversely affects participants who have already submitted their artwork, and will not reduce the prizes that have been established for the winners.
The judges' decisions regarding artistic evaluation are final, without prejudice to participants' right to raise objections concerning administrative errors, non-compliance with the announced competition mechanism, or suspected fraud through WhatsApp 08777-0808-505 or Hotline.
